Has there ever been a time where you didn't know a particular person on a personal level, but you liked them? what should you do to let them know that you like them without ruining the chances of them being friends with you? How can one live knowing the other secret that the other must know in order for your worlds to be a civilization?

How can we progress as a race if we hide these things if they aren't trivial?
